The Company was formed in 1989 for execution of civil work like Earthwork, construction of Bridges, Roads, Canals & Dam etc. Before formation of the company Mr. Karan Singh (Ex Managing Director now Chairman/Director of the Company) was executing such type of works of Central Railways & Water Resources Department of M.P. Govt. for past 19 years before the formation of the company. Other credentials of the company are as under: –

• The Company was registered with Central Railway in “A- class” category and in “A-5” category with Irrigation Department, NVDA, Bhopal in “A-5” category and presently Registered in civil category with M.P., PWD Department, Bhopal (Regn.No.PWD200045360). Thus, eligible for applying & executing Civil works for unlimited capacity.
• The Company has successfully completed the work of Guna-Etawah Rail-line Track work by cutting/filling/compaction of all types of earth & deep rock cutting work, including construction of all in line Bridges and Railway’s Station & Quarters between Gwalior – Shivpuri.
• Since 1997 the Company was executing the work of Indira Sagar Project Main- Canal of Narmada valley development authority, Bhopal (Total length of the canal is 248 Kms. and estimated cost of the project is 2200 Crores). We have executed the work of Indira Sagar Main Canal for 95 Kms. as was allotted to the company.
• We had executed the work of Omkareshwar Project Canal System phase-I (A turn key basis contract work) under Back to back basis from M/s Som Datt Builders Private Limited, New Delhi, costing to Rs.178.00 crore and for length of 86.275 Kms., Comprising of CWC, RBC & LBC flow canals along with in-line structures.
• The company has also executed the work of “Rehabilitation of Chambal Right main Canal” (Slice- 1b) a world bank funded work of Water Resources Department, Sabalgarh, under back-to-back basis from M/s Som Datt Builders Private Limited, New Delhi for costing to Rs.63.94 crore for length of 76.00 Kms.
• The Company has also executed under joint venture with M/s Som Datt Builders Private Limited, New Delhi, work of Omkareshwar Project Canal System phase-II, Mandleshwar and Executing Indira Sagar Project canal system Phase-IV, Barwani (Both the projects are on turn-key basis contract work) .The cost of projects are Rs.193.00 Crore & Rs.244.00 Crore and the length of works are 59.145 Kms. & 37.895 Kms. Respectively, both the works are completed and completion certificates awaited.
• Completed before one year & six days from the time of completion, the Construction work of “Parasdoh Dam” (Composit gravity Dam on River Tapti of Gross Capacity of 72.73 MCM) on Turnkey basis, under Water Resources Department, Multai, Distt. Betul (M.P.) costing to Rs.7273.11 Lakh.
• Completed in 04 months (much before its completion period 12 months) the construction work of two numbers of bridges on Tapti and Ambora rivers including construction of approaches and bypass roads, costing to Rs.2333.92 Lakh under Water Resources Department, Multai, Betul (M.P).
• Presently the company is executing the work:
  1. “Parasdoh Medium Lift Irrigation Project Pressurized Micro Irrigation System Canal work”,
  2. “Wardha Dam & pressurized pipeline system Project”,
  3. Ghogri Dam & pressurized pipeline system Project on Turn-Key basis and
  4. Mendha Dam & its micro lift irrigation canal work a Turn Key project under joint venture with M/s Almighty Ventures Pvt. Ltd. in which we are major partner of 80% all of above are Water Resources Department, Multai, Distt. Betul & Betul (M.P.) projects, costing to Rs.206.49. Crore, Rs.119.21 Crore & Rs.241.00 Crore and Rs.207.54 crore respectively.
  5. Also executing the work of Kotha Barrage and pressurised pipe irrigation system in District VIDISHA (M.P.), Cost to 349 Crore. The works of the said projects are in progress in full swing.
